Senator John Edwards was at his campaign headquarters in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.

John Edwards is the most handsome (and sexiest)man alive.

Yeah yeah yeah.

He may be hot and all to you, but he's also one of the dumbest men alive.

It's pretty pitiful (that) he chose to have some semblance of an affair, even more loathesome due to his wife's illness and his sworn dedication to him.

Just think: now I have bookends. Politicos who really fucked up:
Gary Hart and John Edwards.

Washed up and out, with the tide.

Why ruin a perfectly wonderful day in American history by bringing up this a-hole?

President-Elect Barack Obama has chosen, mostly, Wall Street promoters and corporate lawyers to be in his cabinet. He hasn’t included anyone who knows how to interact and relate with everyday American citizens, and then report back to him concerning: (1) what the people need, and (2) whether his administration’s new initiatives are working. During the Great Depression, Eleanor Roosevelt fulfilled this role for President Franklin D. Roosevelt. I nominate Senator John Edwards for this role. John Edwards would be a refreshing change. Is not change what Obama s supposed to be about? As a rival of Barack Obama, for the Democratic Party Presidential nomination, John Edwards, consistently spoke up for average Americans, i.e. Main Street, not Wall Street. During his “Road to One America Poverty Tour” John Edwards demonstrated that he is uniquely qualified for this role.
The video evidence follows:
He has walked with and comforted people whose homes were being foreclosed:

He has visited workers employed in the new renewal energy economy:

John Edwards is, also, the only candidate for President that actually went down to New Orleans on several occasions and worked along side those striving to try to bring back the areas that remain so devastated from the effects of Hurricane Katrina.

I wasn't trying to ruin a perfectly good day in America by bringing up that "a-hole" as you put it. I was merely pointing out what happens when you make choices in this world, and then have to face the consequences.

At one time, I thought John Edwards was a decent guy, and would have been a great person working for the people in the government.

But that affair? C'mon. It's one thing to have an affair, and it's another thing entirely to cheat on your cancer-stricken wife.

Stupid is as stupid does, and I really thought he not only stepped over the line there, but nuked it altogether!

While running for President, John Edwards was the only candidate who dared to tell the American public the truth about the only “real scandal” revealed this year:
In this video, John Edwards explains that the problem is “corrupt capitalism”,
you know that, “other America”.
