Major WTF? v004

Ok. So I have a profile on Match (single guy here!) to see what Fate has to throw at me. While I do need to update my profile, I'm cranky when I see their suggestions. To underscore the success of the newlyweds Dr Phil + Match, I would like to refer them to the accompanying portrait of a potential coffee date at the local BarStucks.
Yep. I'm all over this.

Damn! I'm good!
I registered with The Creative Group yesterday,
and took an Adobe Photoshop® evaluation test.
The national average was 81%.
I scored 95% in less than 50% of the allotted time!

Injustice for All. v001
Clinic bomb victim's restitution: $57.69

Emily Lyons: 'It's a tank and a little more of gas'
BIRMINGHAM, Alabama (AP) -- For the pain of losing an eye and going through 21 operations since she was maimed by a blast at an abortion clinic, Emily Lyons has gotten all she ever expects to receive from the bomber, Eric Rudolph: $57.69.
Here's the SCUMBAG who did the deed.

c2006 Shamus Fatzinger
A former photography student of mine
(International Fine Arts College, Miami, 1992)
shot this photograph. Shamus is now the photo editor for a number of newspapers outside the beltway. His work is nothing short of brilliant.
I'm kinda awestruck at his uncanny ability to frame a shot,
as well as his drive to find the surreal in the ordinary.

Keep your eyes on this guy.
He just might have his eye on you.

Annie Lennox has the uncanny ability to put
the most empty of feelings
into the greatest of words.
In some way, she celebrates the ache we all feel.
You know she had to own the feeling
at some point.
Sad.
Necessary.
True.

Come to me
Run to me
Do and be done with me
(Cold Cold Cold)
Don't I exist for you
Don't I still live for you
(Cold cold cold)
Everything I possess
Given with tenderness
Wrapped in a ribbon of glass
Time it may take us but God only knows
How I've paid for those things in the past
Dying is easy it's living that scares me to death
I could be so content hearing the sound of your breath
Cold is the color of crystal the snowlight
That falls from the heavenly skies
Catch me and let me dive under under
For I want to swim in the pools of your eyes
I want to be with you baby
Slip me inside of your heart
Don't I belong to you baby
Don't you know that nothing can tear us apart
Come on now come on now come on now
Telling you that
I loved you right from the start...
But the more I want you the less I get
Ain't that just the way things are...
Winter has frozen us
Let love take hold of us
(Cold cold cold)
Now we are shivering
Blue ice is glittering
(Cold cold cold)
Cold is the colour of crystal the snowlight
That falls from the heavenly skies
Catch me and let me dive under
For I want to swim in the pools of your eyes

Ordinary World|Duran Duran
Came in from a rainy Thursday
on the avenue
thought I heard you talking softly
I turned on the lights, the TV
and the radio
still I can't escape the ghost of you
What has happened to it all?
Crazy, some'd say
Where is the life that I recognize?
gone away
But I won't cry for yesterday
there's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
and as I try to make my way
to the ordinary world
I will learn to survive
Passion or coincidence
once prompted you to say
"Pride will tear us both apart"
Well now pride's gone out the window
cross the rooftops
run away
left me in the vacuum of my heart
What is happening to me?
Crazy, some'd say
Where is my friend when I need you most?
Gone away
but I won't cry for yesterday
there's an ordinary world
somehow I have to find
and as I try to make my way
to the ordinary world
I will learn to survive
Papers in the roadside
tell of suffering and greed
here today, forgot tomorrow
ooh, here besides the news
of holy war and holy need
ours is just a little sorrowed talk
And I don't cry for yesterday
there's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
and as I try to make my way
to the ordinary world
I will learn to survive
every one
is my world, I will learn to survive
any one
is my world, I will learn to survive
any one
is my world
every one
is my world

Can I call you?
OK. I didn't answer.
If I said "yes" I might not hear what I wanted to hear.
•Hi. How was your day?
•Hey. I was just thinking about you and wanted to say hi.
•Hey. I have a surprise for you tonight.
•Hi. What're you up to later? Let's (fill in the blank).
If I said "no" I would close the door. Always.
I have my own gut on this.
That it's not over.
But I've got to live as if it is.
Note:
You messed up.
Big time.
And you know it.
I've got a life.
It ain't over.
It ain't over.
– Eurythmics 2005

I'm still reeling over the visuals in SILENT HILL.
"Pyramid Man" and the "Nurses" are but two standout images.
There are, however, the Bosch-like creatures.
They apparently haven't hit the 'net yet.
